2014石墨烯国际研讨会2014-10-13



2004年第一个孤立石墨烯发现后迄今已有十载,目前製作石墨烯技术,在膜方面:已能直接成长石墨烯膜于绝缘基材上;在粉方面,已可稳定生产製作表面无官能基且少数层之石墨烯粉;在奈米石墨烯壁方面,正朝大面积化的方向开发。这些研究突破有助于石墨烯在机械、电机、电子、通讯、光电、生医及能源等领域的应用。本研讨会将邀请海内外学者专家演讲石墨烯之基础、分析、设备、製程、及应用。

There have been ten years since the discovery of the first isolated graphene. Currently there are three respects in technology of graphene manufacturing. Firstly, in the form of film, graphene can be grown directly on insulator substrate. Secondly, in the form of powder, graphene can be stably produced with few layers without functional group on the surface. Thirdly, in the form of graphene nanowalls, graphene can be deposited in large area. These research breakthroughs help to develop the applications of graphene in mechanical, electric, electronic, communication, photoelectric, biomedical and energy fields. We will invite international and domestic scholars and experts to speak about the fundamentals, analysis, equipment, manufacturing processes, and applications of graphene.
